ABA Therapist – Dubai South

About the role

We are seeking an ABA Therapist to join Small Steps Big Dreams in Dubai South, UAE. The role involves implementing Applied Behavior Analysis to teach developmentally appropriate functional skills based on BCBA treatment plans.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure safety, health, and well‑being of students at all times.
• Implement ABA to teach functional skills according to BCBA treatment plans.
• Work with individual students or small groups within the school environment.
• Maintain materials and student documentation.
• Professionally interact with parents and other stakeholders.
• Assist learners with health and hygiene practices.
• Participate in staff meetings and mandatory in‑service training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Education, or a related field.
• Certified RBT, IBT, or ABAT.
• Excellent English oral and written communication.
• Ability to lift 15 kg (30 lb) to lift a child.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an ABA Therapist in a clinic or school.
• Two recent professional references.
• Dubai Police Clearance Certificate and Occupational Health Card.
• UAE residence visa.
