AC Technician – HVAC Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a skilled AC Technician to join our hospitality team in Ras Al‑Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. You will ensure optimal performance of air‑conditioning and HVAC systems across our facilities, combining technical expertise with a customer‑focused approach.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair air‑conditioning and related HVAC equipment with precision.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults using analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and optimise efficiency.
• Replace or repair defective components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and refrigeration parts.
• Test electrical circuits and components for safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair, and service work.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and coordinate with other technicians.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on HVAC maintenance experience in commercial, hospitality, or large‑facility environments.
• Technical certification in HVAC, Refrigeration Engineering, or equivalent (ITI preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s licence for travel between multiple sites in the UAE.
