Academic Counselor / Education Sales Executive

About the role

IMC Certification is hiring an Education Sales Executive / Academic Counselor in Abu Dhabi. The role advises students and professionals on courses and programs, turns leads into enrollments and meets monthly sales and enrollment targets. The advertised salary is AED 4,000 plus a visa.

Key responsibilities

• Counsel students and professionals about courses and programs
• Handle inbound and outbound leads professionally
• Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets
• Maintain follow-ups and CRM records
• Build client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Convert leads into enrollments and admissions
• Guide candidates through enrollment paperwork, visa and attestation requirements and fee schedules

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in EdTech or education sales
• Experience as an Academic Counselor or Sales Counselor
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, and strong follow-up and client-handling ability
• Target-oriented and professional attitude
• Candidates from India preferred; immediate joiners preferred

Required skills

• Consultative selling: diagnosing career gaps and learning goals to match suitable courses
• Lead qualification, pipeline management and objection handling
• CRM hygiene and tracking (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, LeadSquared)
• Multi-touch follow-up via calls, WhatsApp and email
• Cross-cultural communication in the UAE environment
