Accommodation Attendant

About the role

The Accommodation Attendant ensures that employee housing provided by Accor in Abu Dhabi is safe, comfortable and well‑maintained. You will coordinate room allocations, handle requests, and act as the main point of contact between staff, landlords and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage allocation of employee accommodation, including room assignments, transfers, check‑ins and check‑outs.
• Maintain accurate records of occupancy, contracts, invoices and related documentation.
• Coordinate with employees to address accommodation requests, complaints and special needs.
• Liaise with landlords, property managers, maintenance teams and service contractors to schedule repairs, cleaning, pest control and utilities.
• Conduct regular inspections of housing units and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Prepare and present regular reports on occupancy rates, costs, maintenance activities and compliance.
• Support onboarding of new staff by arranging suitable housing and facilitating smooth transitions.

Required profile

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees and external partners.
• Ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of local housing regulations and safety standards is advantageous.
