Accommodation Attendant

About the role

The Accommodation Attendant ensures the smooth operation, safety, cleanliness and overall well‑being of staff residing in Pullman Hotels & Resorts’ accommodation facilities in Dubai. You will manage day‑to‑day administration, support employee needs and uphold high standards of hygiene and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and administration of staff accommodation, including allocations, occupancy records and transfers.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety and proper maintenance of all accommodation areas.
• Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, security and external service providers to resolve issues promptly.
• Address accommodation‑related requests, complaints and concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with accommodation rules, company policies and health & safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on occupancy, maintenance and related issues.
• Monitor supplies, furniture, equipment and facilities, arranging timely replacements as needed.
• Support the People & Culture department with employee‑related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in accommodation, facilities, camp, hostel, hotel or residential facility management.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping, maintenance coordination, health & safety and accommodation operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage employees from diverse backgrounds and handle complaints professionally.
• Basic computer skills, including record management.
• High sense of responsibility, discipline, attention to detail and flexibility to work irregular hours or respond to emergencies.
