Account Director, EMEA (Crypto)

About the role

TRM Labs is seeking an Account Director to lead its go‑to‑market strategy for the EMEA private‑sector market. You will own the full sales cycle for new and existing customers, focusing on blockchain intelligence and digital‑asset solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage key stakeholders across the EMEA territory, building relationships with budget holders, decision‑makers and influencers.
• Drive adoption of TRM’s blockchain intelligence tools, guiding customers through demos, trials, advisory sessions and workshops.
• Plan and execute territory sales strategies to meet revenue, churn and expansion targets, generating at least $500k of qualified pipeline each month.
• Gather and prioritize customer feedback, championing it internally to improve product and service offerings.

Required profile

• 6+ years of SaaS sales experience, or 2 years with deep domain expertise in crypto and consulting.
• Strong knowledge of virtual currencies, crypto‑native organizations and European AML regulations (e.g., 5AMLD, MiCA, FATF).
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of fast‑moving accounts across multiple countries.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey complex value propositions to senior executives.
