About the role
Blue Ridge Advisory is hiring two Account Executives in Dubai on a full-time, hybrid basis. You will build and own client relationships, from first conversation to long-term partnership, across the firm's advisory services and its Expert Network.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new business and grow existing accounts across advisory and Expert Network services
- Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposals and close
- Build trusted relationships with founders, investors and corporate leaders
- Partner with the advisory team to scope engagements and ensure clients succeed
Required profile
- A track record in B2B sales, business development or relationship management; professional services experience is a plus
- Familiarity with the GCC market and networks is an advantage
Required skills
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
- Commercial instinct and self-starting energy, with the discipline to run a pipeline
