Account Executive – Public Sector (Dubai)

About the role

The Account Executive – Public Sector will own client retention and growth for Gartner’s public‑sector customers in the UAE. You will build trusted relationships with C‑level executives, ensure they receive maximum value from Gartner services, and uncover opportunities for additional solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive value delivery for existing Gartner clients, helping them maximize the impact of their research and advisory services.
• Identify, cultivate, qualify and close new growth opportunities through cross‑sell and upsell of Gartner’s portfolio.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of high‑quality opportunities and meet or exceed sales KPIs.
• Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in complex, intangible‑sales environments.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and managing a complex sales process.
• Experience selling to or influencing C‑level executives, ideally within government or public‑sector organisations.
• Willingness to travel as needed; Arabic speaking is a plus but not mandatory.
