Account Manager – Client Relations & Growth

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of key clients.
• Manage contract renewals and ensure long‑term customer retention.
• Identify and act on upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to achieve targets.
• Act as a consultant on the product, supporting and guiding clients in their use of the solutions.
• Monitor KPIs related to business cases and product usage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent Arabic and English (bilingual).
• Ability to develop long‑term strategic plans for customers.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong ability to manage all aspects of a project.
• Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment.
• Strong desire to learn and become a functional expert on multiple software products.
• Versatile, autonomous, assertive, customer‑oriented, and a true team player.
