Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will lead the development and management of large enterprise clients for JD Logistics, including Fortune 500 companies, listed corporations, and state‑owned enterprises. This role focuses on driving sales growth, delivering integrated logistics solutions, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue business opportunities with large enterprise clients.
• Execute sales plans, achieve performance targets, and expand the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate and sign contracts, preparing comprehensive bundled logistics solutions.
• Lead post‑sale operations, implement optimization measures, and create marketing scenarios to enhance client experience.
• Collect receivables, maintain strong customer relationships, and coordinate procurement, payment recovery, and after‑sales service.
• Provide market and customer feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale enterprise accounts.
• Strong ability to meet sales targets and develop strategic client relationships.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across internal operations and business teams.
