About the role

As an Account Manager at Establishy, you will be the primary liaison for clients seeking business setup and growth services in the UAE, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. You will work closely with internal operations, legal and marketing teams to understand client needs and drive satisfaction. Based in Dubai, this full‑time on‑site role offers the opportunity to contribute to the company’s expansion in a dynamic market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into detailed proposals and service plans.
• Coordinate with internal operations, legal, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Track project progress, maintain accurate documentation, and provide regular status updates to clients.
• Resolve issues promptly and identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services.
• Support client onboarding and maintain comprehensive records of interactions.

Required profile

• Proven client relationship management skills, including stakeholder communication and issue resolution.
• Experience in account management, project coordination, or customer success, preferably within business services or consulting.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent spoken and written English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
• Understanding of UAE business setup processes or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Prior experience working in Dubai or the wider UAE market is advantageous.
