Account Manager – Korean Language

About the role

As an Account Manager you will manage a portfolio of Korean‑speaking clients, support their needs and drive long‑term partnerships within the iGaming sector.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong, long‑term relationships.
• Support client onboarding, guide integrations and product launches, and share provider promotions.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and provide regular KPI reports.
• Monitor the iGaming market, advise clients on opportunities, and resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in industry events and client meetings as required.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development or Customer Success in iGaming.
• Fluent in Korean and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM or project‑management tools (preferred).
