Account Manager - Outdoor Advertising

About the role

Media World is looking for an Account Manager in its Dubai office to grow its client base and drive sales in the outdoor advertising sector. The role covers client acquisition, relationship management, sales growth, campaign oversight and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and grow existing accounts, building long-term relationships and acting as the main point of contact for clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Work with marketing and creative teams to build customised advertising campaigns, and oversee them from proposal to execution and post-campaign analysis.
• Prospect for new clients across industries and stay up to date on new advertising products and solutions.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales activities and revenue forecasts, and prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
• Analyse client feedback and market data to improve sales strategies and service offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of outdoor advertising products and solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage several accounts and projects at once, with attention to detail; self-motivated and goal-oriented.
