Account Manager – Owner Success

About the role

GuestReady is expanding its Owner Success team in Dubai and seeks an Account Manager to own a portfolio of property owners end‑to‑end, ensuring strong relationships, optimal property performance and long‑term retention.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of property owners, acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Monitor occupancy, bookings and revenue, explain trends to owners and agree on actions to improve results.
• Identify retention risks early, lead difficult conversations and spot opportunities to add properties or services.
• Own complex owner issues and complaints through to resolution, coordinating across teams.
• Share regular performance updates, conduct owner reviews and keep accurate records in the CRM.
• Guide Owner Success Associates and help improve portfolio management processes in the UAE.

Required profile

• 2–5 years’ experience in account management, customer success or client relationship management, managing a portfolio of clients.
• Confident building trust with clients and handling difficult conversations.
• Commercially minded, comfortable with numbers and explaining performance simply.
• Organised, able to manage a busy portfolio with competing priorities.
• Proactive and accountable, following through until issues are resolved.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar).
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and digital systems.
