Account Manager — Social & Influencers

About the role

Techne Agency is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead social media, content and influencer initiatives for premium clients across the UAE and GCC. This hands‑on, client‑facing position offers full ownership of accounts, from strategy through execution, and involves close collaboration with the Social & Influencer Lead and the Director of Client Services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client communication and maintain content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Write captions and post copy that align with brand tone and guidelines.
• Oversee internal review processes, client approvals and timely delivery of all assets.
• Lead influencer campaigns end‑to‑end, including creator casting, outreach, contracting, briefing and performance tracking.
• Build and maintain a database of creators across relevant markets and categories.
• Support content production planning, attend shoots, direct on‑site activities and coordinate asset delivery post‑shoot.
• Schedule and publish approved content using social media management tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media and influencer accounts for premium or luxury brands.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects.
• Excellent organizational abilities, proactive risk management and attention to detail.
• Comfortable collaborating with creative teams, videographers and photographers.
