Account Manager – VVIP Accounts

About the role

The Account Manager for VVIP Accounts will be the primary point of contact for high‑value customers, ensuring their satisfaction while driving profitable growth for Etisalat. You will own the full sales cycle, from profiling and planning to negotiation and closure, and act as the bridge between the client and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted, long‑term relationships with VVIP customers, ensuring retention and revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute account plans, aligning Etisalat’s solutions with customer needs and strategic objectives.
  • Track and analyse customers’ procurement processes, anticipate requirements, and translate them into actionable proposals.
  • Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and secure deal sign‑off.
  • Coordinate delivery, implementation, and after‑sales support across relevant departments to guarantee service quality and timely execution.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring swift resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, prioritize activities, and communicate market threats.
  • Organise cross‑functional teams for ad‑hoc projects addressing specific client challenges.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably within the telecom sector.
  • Proven track record of managing high‑value accounts and achieving revenue targets.
