Account Sales Executive – Public Sector (Dubai)

About the role

Atos is seeking an Account Sales Executive to expand its presence in the United Arab Emirates, focusing on the public‑sector market in Abu Dhabi while based in Dubai. The role combines new‑business generation with the management of existing client relationships, requiring a results‑driven approach and strong knowledge of system‑integrator ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the public sector and expand existing accounts.
• Own the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to order closure, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Lead the offer process, coordinating pre‑sales, delivery units and internal approvals to craft competitive proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and respond to customer inquiries while aligning with Atos’ offer frameworks.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and keep the sales pipeline up‑to‑date.
