About the role
The Account Services Specialist is responsible for the end‑to‑end operational management of customer accounts, ensuring smooth opening, maintenance, and closure processes while delivering essential banking products.
Key responsibilities
- Open, maintain, and close customer accounts in accordance with bank policies.
- Issue User IDs, passwords, cheque books, and ATM cards to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve account‑related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of account activities and documentation.
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Required profile
- Degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Management; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of operations experience in the banking sector within the GCC.
- Specific experience in account services is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop operational plans.
- Proven capability to manage and optimise banking processes.
