About the role
York Towers is seeking a bilingual Accountant and Administrative Manager to support its fast‑growing real‑estate operations in Dubai. This hands‑on position combines finance, HR, legal compliance and executive support, ensuring the company meets all UAE government and tax requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day accounting tasks including bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, payments, budgeting and financial reporting.
- Lead VAT registration and filing with the UAE Federal Tax Authority and handle banking portal KYC requirements.
- Coordinate legal processes with local authorities such as documentation clearing, trademark registration and corporate licensing.
- Oversee government, telecom and banking portals, including WPS compliance.
- Administer office resources, supplies and equipment.
- Support the full hiring cycle: posting ads, interviewing, visa processing and NOC submissions for freelancers.
- Collaborate with HR on attendance, payroll, leave approvals and staff matters.
- Assist senior leadership with scheduling, correspondence and project management.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE‑based accounting or administrative roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Fluent Arabic (C2) and proficient English (B2).
- Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures, compliance and VAT regulations.
Required skills
- Advanced MS Excel.
- Experience with CRM systems.
