Accountant / Administrator

About the role

A full-time Accountant/Administrator is sought for an FMCG company based in Sharjah. The role combines financial record keeping with administrative support, and offers training programs and mentorship to help candidates grow within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software, in line with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports, analysing variances and trends.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, keeping good relationships with vendors and customers.
• Coordinate administrative tasks such as meeting schedules and correspondence.
• Conduct regular audits of financial data and processes and implement corrective actions.
• Support budgeting and forecasting by gathering data and providing analytical input.
• Maintain organised filing systems for financial and administrative records.
• Help implement new accounting systems or software and train team members.
