Accountant – Construction Finance (Ras Al Khaimah)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our construction team in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves managing day‑to‑day financial operations, supporting project costing and cash‑flow analysis, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including supplier and subcontractor invoices and payments.
• Monitor construction project costs and expenses.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Maintain proper supporting documents for all financial transactions.
• Prepare regular financial and management reports.
• Support management with project costing, cash‑flow and other financial information as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Prior experience in a construction company is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of construction/project accounting and cost monitoring.
• Good accounting, reporting and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide evidence of relevant previous experience.

Required skills

What we offer

• AED 4,000 per month during a 3‑month probation period.
• AED 4,500 per month after successful completion of probation.
• Company‑provided visa after a 15‑day performance testing period.
• 9‑hour workday with one day off per week.
