Accountant – Finance Operations & Reporting

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to support our finance operations and reporting activities. The role is ideal for a Russian‑speaking accounting professional with solid hands‑on experience in audit reporting and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accounting records, financial reports and supporting documentation in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements.
• Handle daily accounting tasks such as expense verification, reconciliations, payroll support and data entry.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management review.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Prepare audit‑related schedules, supporting documents and reports independently.
• Coordinate and assist during internal and external audit processes.
• Maintain accurate financial data in accounting systems and databases.
• Assist senior management with other accounting and finance‑related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Accountant.
• Fluency in Russian and English.
• Hands‑on experience preparing audit reports and supporting audit documentation independently.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards and reconciliation processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
