Accountant – Finance Operations & Revenue Control

About the role

KLOUDAC, a growing Dubai‑based accounting, taxation, advisory and BPM firm, is seeking a highly organised, proactive and detail‑oriented Accountant to manage internal finance and accounting operations across its UAE and Sri Lanka entities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records, handle daily bookkeeping, journal entries, reconciliations and month‑end closing.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash‑flow reports.
• Manage revenue billing, ensure timely invoicing, identify missed billing and support profitability analysis.
• Oversee accounts receivable, collections, ageing reports and weekly collection forecasts.
• Process accounts payable, verify supplier invoices, coordinate payments for UAE and Sri Lanka entities.
• Perform bank reconciliations, maintain cash‑flow visibility and prepare weekly forecasts.
• Coordinate payroll for UAE and Sri Lanka employees, verify salaries, allowances and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and Sri Lanka statutory requirements.
• Support the CEO with financial reporting, dashboards and identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent English communication, high integrity and attention to detail.
