Accountant – Financial Reporting & Analysis

About the role

Almarai, the leading FMCG and food‑and‑beverage manufacturer in the MENA region, is seeking an Accountant to join its Sharjah office. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements and supporting both internal and external reporting requirements in line with company policies and accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare internal management reports and profit & loss statements by region and division.
• Compile consolidated financial statements for external reporting.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports and perform FI/CO reconciliations.
• Support the sales & marketing division with financial analysis.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional qualification from a recognized accounting body (CIMA, ACCA, ICA, AICPA).
• Experience in a commercial, preferably FMCG or manufacturing, environment.
• Ability to work with diverse teams across nationalities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience using an ERP system for accounting processes.
