Accountant – Full-time in Dubai

About the role

Nexrevive is looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping, compliance and financial strategy at its Dubai Silicon Oasis office. You will work closely with the founder, handling general ledger, cash flow and tax obligations while supporting the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily bookkeeping, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations and petty cash.
• Issue client invoices, manage receivables, supplier payments and staff payroll.
• Track project budgets, compare actuals to forecasts and report on profitability.
• Prepare UAE VAT calculations, filings and support corporate tax compliance.
• Produce monthly financial reports, cash‑flow statements, management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
• Manage company funds, identify investment opportunities for surplus cash and recommend cost‑optimisation measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax requirements.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally or Xero.
• Advanced MS Excel and financial modelling abilities.
