Accountant – Fund & Management Company Accounting (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced accountant to support the Company’s Controller in overseeing all financial aspects of a quantitative trading firm. You will work closely with fund administrators, clearing brokers, auditors, and investors to ensure accurate fund administration and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Daily reconciliation of fund trades and P&L against internal records and clearing broker data.
• Coordinate with Trading Operations to investigate and resolve breaks.
• Oversee fund administrator activities, ensuring accurate month‑end NAV and investor reports.
• Process subscriptions, redemptions, and manage cash and collateral balances.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and journal entries in Netsuite.
• Handle expense allocation, accruals, vendor invoicing, and payment processing.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and tax‑reporting schedules.
• Assist with annual fund and management company audits.

Required profile

• 2‑4+ years of accounting or audit experience in public accounting or asset‑management finance.
• Experience with fund accounting, NAV calculations, and investor reporting.
• Active CPA designation is a plus.
