About the role

Join Tamara’s finance team in Dubai as an Accountant, where you will support the company’s rapid growth by ensuring accurate and compliant financial operations. You will work closely with cross‑functional squads, applying strong analytical abilities to maintain the integrity of financial data.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including journal entries and accruals.
• Prepare and reconcile balance‑sheet accounts, investigating significant fluctuations.
• Maintain and update the chart of accounts and ensure proper classification of transactions.
• Document accounting policies, implement financial controls, and monitor compliance with standards and regulations.
• Identify and address control weaknesses, driving corrective actions.
• Collaborate with teams to automate processes and improve ERP system efficiency.
