Accountant & Logistics Executive

About the role

The Accountant & Logistics Executive will support a leading industrial solutions provider by handling core financial tasks while coordinating the movement of equipment, tools, and technical components. This dual‑focus position ensures accurate accounting processes and smooth supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily accounting activities such as invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Maintain financial records and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Coordinate logistics for industrial equipment, including import and export procedures.
• Prepare shipping and customs documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal technical teams.
• Track inventory and support stock control of materials.
• Monitor logistics costs and contribute to budgeting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics or a related field.
• Proven experience in both accounting and logistics or supply‑chain roles.
• Familiarity with import/export documentation, preferably for industrial goods.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Tally Accounting Software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with accounting systems.
