Accountant – Multi-Entity Operations (Finance & Admin)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, detail‑oriented Accountant to support a group of three entities operating in trading, manufacturing and distribution in Ajman and Umm Al Quwain. Reporting to the Fractional Finance Manager, you will handle daily transaction entries, cash management, bank reconciliations and month‑end closing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage petty cash, process bank transactions and perform monthly bank reconciliations across all entities.
• Issue customer invoices, track collections, send statements and follow up overdue receivables.
• Process vendor invoices, maintain supplier ledgers and execute scheduled payment runs.
• Prepare quarterly UAE VAT returns (Form VAT201) and maintain records for corporate and excise tax compliance.
• Post daily vouchers in QuickBooks Online and Tally Prime, including production, BOM and inventory entries.
• Assist the Finance Manager with weekly cash‑flow projections and liquidity tracking.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on accounting experience in the UAE.
• Residency in, or willingness to relocate to, Ajman or Umm Al Quwain.
• Familiarity with UAE tax regulations (VAT, corporate tax, excise).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under the guidance of a senior finance professional.
