About the role
Otto Matrix Shipping LLC is seeking an Accountant in Dubai to support NVOCC operations and shipping‑related financial activities.
Key responsibilities
- Perform SOA reconciliation for principal accounts.
- Process shipping invoices and manage job costing.
- Maintain vessel accounts and ensure accurate VAT reporting.
- Handle general accounting operations related to maritime logistics.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in NVOCC accounting.
- Knowledge of shipping invoices, job costing and vessel accounts.
- Good understanding of UAE VAT regulations.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
