Accountant - Real Estate (Abu Dhabi & Dubai)

About the role

Address Point Properties, a real estate consultancy in the UAE with more than 15 years of experience, is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join its finance team and support its growing operations across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The role keeps the company's financial integrity and supports business decisions through accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting, including accounts payable, receivable and general ledger entries
• Process commission payments for sales agents accurately and on time
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash flow records
• Track property transactions, deposits and client payments
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and prepare VAT returns
• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Maintain organized financial records and coordinate with external auditors during annual audits
• Process payroll and employee expense reimbursements
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or the service industry
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus
• Immediate availability or short notice period
• Preferred: ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent certification; real estate transaction and commission experience; property management accounting knowledge

Required skills

• Accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally or similar
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• CRM systems and their financial integration (preferred)
