Accountant/Administrator

About the role

Dolphin Bakery LLC is looking to hire a motivated and detail‑oriented Accountant cum Administrator to join its Accounts and HR team in Ajman. This role offers a fresh graduate or entry‑level professional the chance to develop accounting and administrative skills in a dynamic bakery environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily accounting activities and maintain financial documentation, including invoices, receipts, expenses and payment records.
• Prepare Excel reports, perform data entry and assist with basic accounting tasks.
• Maintain HR documentation such as employee records, attendance and leave files.
• Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding documentation and general administrative duties.
• Handle filing, record management and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Required profile

• Fresh candidates welcome; basic knowledge of accounting and administrative procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication, organizational and time‑management skills with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Currently residing in the UAE with immediate availability preferred.
