Accounting Executive

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accounting Executive to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and providing insights that support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoice processing and cash‑flow optimisation.
• Conduct regular audits of financial records, identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance and minimising liabilities.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate risks.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes, meeting all reporting deadlines.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to continuously improve accounting practices.
