Accounting Manager – Financial Operations

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accounting Manager to lead our day‑to‑day financial operations in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on accurate bookkeeping, transaction management and compliance, supporting the overall financial health of Capital Ambulance UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals and reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and track daily financial activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries for management.
• Guarantee compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal policies.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and controls.
• Supervise junior staff and verify the accuracy of their work.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting or financial operations.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA or ACCA is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.
