Accounts Executive – Finance Team (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Accounts Executive to join our dynamic finance team in Dubai. You will be responsible for maintaining the financial health of the organisation by handling day‑to‑day accounting tasks, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Process invoices, expense claims, and payments promptly.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Maintain organised financial files and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
