About the role
The Arbor School is looking for a motivated and proactive Accounts Receivable Officer to join its finance team. You will be responsible for ensuring student fee payments are processed accurately and on time while supporting the school’s financial operations.
Key responsibilities
- Process and record student fee payments promptly.
- Maintain up‑to‑date financial records and reconcile accounts.
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service to families and internal staff.
- Generate regular reports on receivables and outstanding balances.
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting as needed.

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
