Activities Officer – Recreation Services

About the role
The Activities Officer is the primary point of contact for guests seeking recreation experiences at the resort. You will promote a fun, safe, and relaxing atmosphere while guiding guests to the pool, beach, fitness centre, entertainment zone and children’s activities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide information on all recreation facilities and encourage guest participation.
- Register, schedule and supervise guests in a variety of activities.
- Enforce safety rules, respond to emergencies and assist injured guests until medical help arrives.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, rental equipment payments and facility bookings.
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of equipment, facilities and supplies.
- Support private functions and group events held within recreation areas.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or ability to obtain).
Required skills
- Operate point‑of‑sale and cash handling systems.
- Basic computer usage for reservations, activity registration and reporting.
