About the role
The construction company in Sharjah is seeking a dedicated Admin & Accountant Assistant to support daily office operations and basic accounting tasks. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, interacting with clients, visitors, and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage front‑office administration, including reception duties and visitor handling.
- Assist with basic accounting functions such as invoice processing and record keeping.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date files using MS Office applications.
- Prepare and circulate internal communications and reports.
- Support the finance team by using Tally for data entry and reconciliation.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of proven experience as an admin cum accountant assistant.
- Professional demeanor with a pleasant personality for client interaction.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced construction environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of Tally accounting software.
