Admin / Document Controller

About the role

Moduline Engineering Consultancy is seeking an Admin / Document Controller to support its project teams in Dubai. The role combines general office administration with technical document control, ensuring that project documentation is accurate, up‑to‑date and properly filed.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, organise and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, document registers and revision logs.
• Issue, log and track outgoing and incoming transmittals, RFIs and engineering correspondence.
• Follow up with clients, consultants and engineers on pending submittals, reviews and design approvals.
• Draft operational correspondence, fee proposals, client quotations, invoices, letters and progress reports.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to consultancy management and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of document control experience, preferably within a construction or engineering consultancy.
• Strong attention to detail and systematic archiving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
