Admin Executive – Immediate Hire – Dubai Interior Fit‑Out

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Admin Executive to join a leading interior fit‑out firm in Dubai. The role offers an immediate start for candidates who can support daily office functions and ensure smooth communication across teams, clients and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the project and design teams.
• Manage office operations, including communications, documentation and supplies.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and subcontractors to schedule meetings and track deliverables.
• Maintain records, handle correspondence and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in organizing events, site visits and internal reporting.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma.
• 2‑3 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Dependent visa holders preferred.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
