About the role
We are seeking an Admin Executive to join a leading interior fit‑out firm in Dubai. The role is office‑based and requires an individual who can quickly adapt to a fast‑paced environment and support daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project and management teams.
- Manage office operations, including communications, documentation, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle routine administrative activities such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma.
- 2‑3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Dependent visa holders are preferred.
