About the role
We are looking for an Admin Executive to join a leading interior fit‑out firm in Dubai. The role provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication with clients and vendors. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the project and management teams.
- Manage office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and record keeping.
- Coordinate communications with clients, suppliers, and external partners.
- Handle routine administrative activities such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma.
- 2‑3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Dependent visa holders are preferred.
- Willingness to start immediately and work on‑site in Dubai.
