Admin Officer (Emiratisation)

About the role
The Admin Officer will support the HR team and manage day‑to‑day administrative activities across the company. The role includes office maintenance, coordination with multiple departments, and occasional visits to the warehouse, plant and laboratory.
Key responsibilities
- Handle office maintenance, supplies inventory and vendor relationships.
- Enter data into company systems and manage filing, ensuring confidentiality.
- Coordinate onboarding, visa processes, health insurance and end‑of‑service administration.
- Communicate via email and phone, and liaise with operations, production, finance, supply chain and laboratory teams.
- Prepare purchase requisitions/orders and support finance for payments.
Required profile
- Preferably 1‑2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates may also apply.
- Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree, diploma or high school certificate.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Spreadsheets, Presentation).
