Admin & PRO / Government Relations Specialist

About the role
The role provides professional support for all employment‑related administrative processes in Dubai, ensuring compliance with UAE and Dubai regulations. You will work closely with HR, Recruitment and Finance to facilitate smooth onboarding, visa management and ongoing employee lifecycle activities.
Key responsibilities
- Support onboarding, document collection, insurance applications and employee record maintenance.
- Coordinate visa applications, renewals, Emirates ID and residency permit tracking.
- Liaise with government entities such as MOHRE, immigration, and trade license authorities.
- Manage petty cash, invoice collection, expense records and supplier payment follow‑ups.
- Oversee office supplies, maintenance, lease matters and fleet registration renewals.
- Act as a coordination point between HR, Finance, IT and other departments.
- Maintain accurate immigration and labor‑related document control and prepare compliance reports.
- Assist with trade‑license renewals, regulatory inspections and ad‑hoc projects.
Required profile
- Higher secondary education; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–4 years of PRO/Government Relations experience in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai immigration, labor procedures and UAE Labour Law.
- Excellent organizational, follow‑up and deadline‑management abilities.
