Administration Executive – Car Rental Operations

About the role
We are seeking a professional, well‑organized Administration Executive to support our car rental operations in Dubai. The role involves handling front‑desk interactions, managing documentation, and coordinating with the fleet and RTA teams.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome walk‑in customers, answer phone calls, emails and WhatsApp messages, and process booking inquiries.
- Prepare accurate rental agreements, invoices and daily reports, and maintain customer and vehicle records in the rental management system.
- Handle RTA‑related procedures, TARS processes, and vehicle documentation while coordinating with drivers and fleet staff.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Automotive or related field (preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in the car rental industry, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong organizational, coordination and time‑management abilities with a customer‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good knowledge of car rental procedures, rental agreements and vehicle documentation.
