Administration Executive – Corporate Services (Dubai) – Immediate Joiner

About the role

The company, a leading provider of corporate services and business setup solutions in Dubai, is seeking an Administration Executive to join the Corporate Services team immediately. The role involves supporting end‑to‑end company formation, visa processing, and client compliance activities across mainland and free‑zone jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute UAE mainland DED and free‑zone company setups (DMCC, IFZA, DAFZA, Meydan, RAKEZ, JAFZA, Ajman).
• Handle trade name reservation, initial approvals, MOA notarisation, Ejari registration, and license issuance.
• Process amendments such as share transfers, capital increases, and director changes.
• Draft corporate documents including POAs, board resolutions, and MOA/AOA amendments.
• Manage license renewals, quotations, customs code registration, and client reporting.
• Coordinate employment, investor, and Golden Visa applications with GDRFA/MOHRE.
• Maintain daily liaison with DED, free‑zone authorities, typing centres, and PRO services.
• Update client files, CRM records, and provide status reports.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of UAE experience in company formation, PRO, or business setup.
• Hands‑on knowledge of DED, free‑zone, and visa processing.
• Immediate availability or notice period of no more than 15 days.
• Strong command of English; Arabic, Hindi or Tamil is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
