Administration Executive – Corporate Services (Immediate Joiner)

About the role

A leading corporate services and business setup firm in Dubai is seeking an Administration Executive to join its Corporate Services team immediately. The role involves managing end‑to‑end company formation, visa processing and client compliance across UAE Mainland and Freezone jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute company setup for UAE Mainland DED and Freezone authorities (DMCC, IFZA, DAFZA, Meydan, RAKEZ, JAFZA, Ajman).
• Handle trade name reservation, initial approval, MOA notarisation, Ejari registration and licence issuance.
• Process amendments such as share transfers, capital increases and director changes.
• Draft corporate documents including POA, board resolutions and MOA/AOA amendments.
• Manage licence renewals, quotations, customs code registration and client CDR filings.
• Coordinate employment, investor and Golden Visa applications with GDRFA/MOHRE.
• Liaise daily with DED, Freezone authorities, typing centres and PRO services.
• Maintain client files, update CRM and provide regular status reports.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of UAE experience in company formation, PRO or business setup.
• Hands‑on knowledge of DED, Freezone and visa processing procedures.
• Immediate availability or notice period not exceeding 15 days.
• Strong command of English and proficiency in MS Office; Arabic, Hindi or Tamil is a plus.
