Administration Officer - Technical Operations

About the role

The Administration Officer – Technical Operations provides comprehensive administrative support to the technical operations team, ensuring accurate data management, reporting and smooth day‑to‑day office functions within Etihad Airways.

Key responsibilities

• Process and maintain departmental trackers, dashboards, manpower records and operational reports.
• Consolidate information across shifts, monitor delays, findings and outstanding actions, and ensure timely escalation.
• Prepare routine and ad‑hoc reports for management visibility.
• Maintain data archives in line with internal procedures and compliance requirements.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support business activities.
• Lead a small team of administrative staff and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• High school diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience.
• Proven experience in office administration within a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate with stakeholders and support process‑improvement initiatives.
• Aviation operations exposure is an advantage.
