About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Jebel Ali. The role requires excellent communication, strong knowledge of UAE office procedures, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day administrative and office support activities.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document filing.
- Prepare reports, quotations, invoices, and official letters.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors.
- Assist HR and accounts departments with administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidential records and company documents.
- Liaise with government departments and service providers when required.
- Support management with scheduling and operational coordination.
- Drive office‑related tasks, document submissions, and client visits as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Familiarity with UAE office procedures and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
