About the role

The Administrative Coordinator will support the PMC team in daily financial and administrative tasks for SZHP, DOF and FTA business. The role involves reconciling data, registering cases, handling invoices and maintaining communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Provide high‑level customer service and represent the company professionally.
Analyse and document business processes to improve efficiency.
Register and track payments, valuations, invoices and FTA cases using SharePoint, Excel and Oracle.
Perform weekly and monthly reconciliations for SZHP, DOF and FTA.
Prepare monthly business reports, KPI dashboards and MIS documents.
Manage departmental email flow, contact clients as needed and ensure report quality control.
Monitor risk exposure and compliance for the development advisory department.

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional company image.
Commit to personal development and continuous learning.

Required skills

Accounting knowledge.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
